In furtherance of orders dated 20/11/2019, learned APP has produced copy of communication sent by API Zodbhavi Peth Police Station, Pune, Solapur City to his office and other letter sent by that police officer on 29/11/2019 to Superintendent of Renuka Mata Government Hostel, Solapur City. The documents are taken on record as Exh. A and Exh. B.

The missing daughter of petitioner is traced out and main accused is also arrested. The daughter is now adult and as she is not ready and willing to come to her father, presently she is put in hostel. It appears that it is reported that the daughter of petitioner has on 1/6/2018 married with accused Anil Jadhav.
