By this application, the first informant has sought withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Applicants in the Anticipatory Bail Application No.705 of 2017. A perusal of the order reveals that the learned Counsel for the Applicants in the said ABA had expressed willingness to deposit Rs. 11,55,500/- without prejudice to his rights and contentions. The Applicants in the said crime had not undertaken to pay the said amount to the Complainant, nor there is any direction in the said order to pay the said amount to the Applicants.
