In the AfÏdavit in reply in paragraph 6, it is stated that the Respondent No 3 is ready to proceed further with the process of the elections if we direct it to do so. This is in fact all that the Petitioner seeks. The reason for the 3rd Respondent not proceeding up to now need not be reiterated. We accept the statement of the 3rd Respondent that it will proceed with the elections and we direct it to do so in accordance with law.
