The learned APP, at the outset, makes a statement that on the basis of petitioner's report, NC complaint is registered. He also states that the petitioner was made aware of it and he has given a statement that he has no complaint whatsoever. In support of his submission, he placed on record the petitioner's statement as well as report of the Assistant Police Inspector, Powai Police Station, Mumbai. The report is taken on record.

In the light of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
