This application is preferred by original petitioner for restoration of contempt petition No. 133 of 1997, which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 08.10.1997 on 04.02.1999. The present contempt petition was filed by original complainant for violating the order dated 26.02.1993 below Exh. U-2 in compliant ULP No. 98 of 1993.

4 can 31-12=.doc submits that the original complaint ULP No. 98 of 1993 is finally disposed of by order dated 11.09.2002 passed by the Industrial Court at Thane. She further submits that the present Civil Application is preferred after more than 13 years. She further submits that applicant has not shown any sufficient case for condonation of more than 13 years in taking out the present Civil Application for restoration of contempt petition.

As no one appeared on behalf of applicant, matter is dismissed for default.
