Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that already chargesheet is filed. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in the matter, as the petitioner has alternative remedy to apply for discharge.

Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, in the interest of justice, in the event the petitioner makes such discharge application within period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and preferably within period of one year from receipt of the said application.
