By this Writ Petition, Petitioners are challenging the Order dated 10.02.2014 passed by the 2nd Jt. Civi Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur in Regular Civil Suit No.1438 of 2001. After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate application in trial Court for same cause of action. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
