Learned APP submits that investigation in the subject crime is complete and a charge-sheet has been filed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the investigation has not been carried out properly. The chargesheet is filed for offences committed under Section 498A and other connected sections of the IPC. In case the Petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation carried out, the petitioner is entitled to file a comprehensive representation to the Senior Police Officer in respect of the subject crime.
