The learned counsel for the applicants inform at bar that the Division Bench of this court in Criminal Writ Petition No.4024 of 2016 has quashed the F.I.R. in Crime No. 342 of 2015 registered with Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan i.e. the crime in which the present applicants are seeking bail. He has tendered a copy of the order dtd. 28th November, 2016 to that effect. In view there of, nothing survives in the applications. The same are disposed off.
