The petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR No. 133 of 2018 for the offence punishable u/s. 354-A of IPC and u/s. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 of POCSO Act.

In response to Court's query, Ms. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Shelke, PI attached to Lashkar Police Station, Pune informs that on 10/10/2018 the petitioner was charge-sheeted before the Lashkar Court, Pune. Statement accepted.
