DATED : 30th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Learned counsel for the applicants state that it is incumbent upon the Investigating Officer to investigate the offence in furtherance of the notice received by him u/s.41A of the Cr.P.C, the Investigating Officer was not available. Today, the Investigating Officer Mr.Atul Mali, who is present in the Court, states that the applicants shall visit him on 6th and 7th October 2022.

On their presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41-A Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to a conclusion that their custodial interrogation is necessary, Tilak
