1) The learned APP fairly submits that investigation is almost completed and charge-sheet would be filed within one week. On the basis of this statement, the learned counsel for the applicants fairly submits that he be granted liberty to withdraw present applicant. 2) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice with further liberty to approach Sessions Court soon after filing of the charge-sheet in the changed circumstances. The learned Sessions Court shall decide the application on its own merits since this application has not been heard on merits.
