After hearing the applicant for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant the application, the Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the Bail Application with a prayer that the trial in the case be expedited.

The trial is expedited particularly in view of the fact that victim and her mother had declined the medical examination of the victim. 3.

If the trial does not commence before 31st December, 2020, applicant may renew the request for his enlargement on bail.
