Heard. Learned APP has tendered across the bar report dated 16.06.2022 prepared and signed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The grievance of the petitioner was for seeking expeditious trial. It is stated in the said report that after trial the petitioner stands acquitted and released from jail on 30.01.2018.. 3.

In view of the above the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.

Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
