1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of applicant, the learned Counsel on instructions from the father of the applicant who is personally present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail, if trial arising out of CR No. 127 of 2017 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi culminated into Sessions Case No.270 of 2017 does not commence within a period of one year from today.
