The learned counsel for both the parties submit that they have settled the dispute between the parties. They submit that S.C. Suit No. 111 of 2016 in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Divsioin, Pune is to be restored. Both the learned counsel submit that the dispute is fully settled and the plaintiff has received the entire consideration. 3.

As per the submissions and the request of learned counsel for both the parties, S.C. Suit No 111 of 2016 is restored to its original status .

The learned counsel submitted that petitioner/plaintiff wants to 1 / 2

In view of the settlement terms, the petitioner/plaintiff be allowed to get refund of the Court fees as per rules. 6.

The trial Court to consider the submissions of the learned counsel after restoration of the suit.
