It appears from the record that, the Original Complainant has filed the present Petition against the Order dated 27th April, 2000 passed below Exh.11 in S.C.C. No.1347 of 1998, thereby allowing the Application for discharge preferred by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, in an Offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. This Court has admitted the present Writ Petition on 1st August, 2006.

It appears that, due to passage of time, the Petitioner OriginalComplainant is no more interested in pursuing the present Petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed, for non-prosecution. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1 Sanjiv S.
