1] On 18th November 2019 time was given to learned APP to obtain instructions on request of under-trial prisoner to expedite his trial under section 399 of IPC pending with Sessions Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. It appears that Shri.Mahatme was the then Presiding Ofcer.

2] Crime Number mentioned by prisoner is of year 2017 and the prisoner has stated in his letter dated 7th August 2018 that charge was not framed since the Court was overburdened.

3] In this situation, we direct the Registry to forward this letter of prisoner to Principal District Judge at Pune for its appropriate consideration.

4] In view of above directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. 5] Order be served upon the prisoner in Jail.
