Mr. Kantawala, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions submitted that, the investigation of R.A. No. 71/2019 arising out of DRI F. No. DRI/MZU/E/INT-65/2019 which was being investigated at Mumbai, has now culminated into filing of Criminal Case No. 1836 of 2021 in the Court of 5th Principal Senior Civil Judge & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mundra, State of Gujarat. He further submitted that, till date the father of Petitioner has not received summons in the said case from the said Court. He further submitted that, in case the prosecuting agency / trial Court issues summons, the father of Petitioner will appear there and file an Application for regular bail before the said Court.

In view thereof, without going into the aspect of maintainability of the present petition, we confirm the Order passed on 29.08.2019. 3.

We hereby modify clause 15(c) of the said Order and permit the father of Petitioner i.e. Arvindkumar Jain Dhakad to travel to Mundra, State of Gujarat for the purpose of attending the said case. 4.
