After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. However, he submits that the applicant is in custody since December, 2016 and, therefore, the trial be expedited. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, considering that the applicant is in custody since December, 2016, the trial is expedited. The application is disposed of accordingly.
