Heard. After hearing the parties for some time, both the parties submit that the impugned orders dated 29.08.2018 and 14.08.2020 passed by Respondent No.1 be set aside and the Board be directed to hear the parties afresh and pass appropriate Order. To that effect, both the parties have filed Minutes of Order dated 22.12.2020 duly signed by both the parties and their respective Advocates. The Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification, which read thus:

By consent the impugned orders dated 29/08/2018 and 14/08/2018 passed by the Respondent No.1 Board are set aside.

The Respondent No.1 Board to pass a fresh order after hearing both the parties namely the Petitioner and the Mukadam/Representative of Toli No.191B, the Respondent No.4 herein, within a period of six weeks from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 22.12.2020.
