Heard learned counsel for the parties. This petition has been filed challenging the interim order dated 22nd August 2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad at Panvel in Criminal Revision Application No. 211 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the parties informed this Court that next date for hearing the revision before the said Court is on 20th September 2019. In that view of the matter in stead of adjudicating this petition on merits, this Court is of the opinion that, the concerned Curt can be directed to decide the revision on next date of hearing i.e. on 20th September 2019. In the light of above Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad at Panvel is Bhagyawant
2/2 914-WP-4450-19.doc directed to decide the revision on 20th September 2019 on merits. The said Court shall not entertain the prayer for adjournment at the instance of either of the parties and shall proceed to decide the revision on merits. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
The contentions raised on merits by the Petitioner or Respondents are kept open for being agitated before the concerned Court. 4.
Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. 5.
Since the matter is fixed for hearing on 20/9/2019 before the Trial Court, the Registry shall send the copy of this order by Fax/E-mail or any other fastest mode of communication during the course of day, and report Court Shirestedar about receipt of copy of the order by the Registry of the said Court.
