Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. This is an Application for bringing Applicants as legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No. 3 - Rajendra Ankush Waradkar. It is clearly stated in the paragraph no. 1 on oath that the Petitioner No 3 Rajaram is also called as Rajendra, which is the name appearing on the death certificate.

Perusal of the death certificate copy shows that the Petitioner No. 3 has expired on 04/06/2023. This Application is filed on 02/09/2023 and therefore, it is filed within time. In that view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicants are permitted to be brought on record as the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No. 3 in the akn 1/2
