The grievance of the petitioners is that though against the provisional electoral list published by respondent No.2 they have submitted various objections/representations within the time fixed for the same i.e. 31/08/2016, but the petitioner's objections have not been decided by respondent No.2 as yet. It is also stated that till date the electoral list has not been finalised.

A prayer has been made to dispose this Petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representations which according to the petitioners have been filed much prior to 31/08/2016. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representations, which are at pages 24 to 34 to the Petition, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.
