Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

On instructions, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh application after 6 months.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application after 6 months. It is noticed that the applicant is suffering from rheumatic heart disease. Needless to mention that considering the medical condition of the applicant, appropriate steps would obviously be taken by the jail authorities having regard to the ailment, as and when required.
