Perused the impugned judgment and order and also the deposition, especially the deposition of both the injured eye witnesses. These witnesses have supported the prosecution case. In the circumstances, we find that arguable points are raised. Therefore, we grant leave to appeal.

The appeal is admitted. The Registry is directed to initiate action against the respondent under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
