Mr.Shekhar, Police Inspector, Bandra-Kurla Complex Police Station is present. Learned APP states, on instructions, that look out notice as against Mr.Lokesh Jain is withdrawn. As far as Mr.Sheetal Jain is concerned, look out notice is not yet withdrawn. She states that look out notice as against Mr.Sheetal Jain will be withdrawn tomorrow. The statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioner no.2 has been co-operating with the Police and attending the Police Station whenever called and in future also, in connection with the subject crime, he will co-operate with Police. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statements recorded above and in view of the fact that look out notice as against Petitioner no.2 will be withdrawn tomorrow, nothing survives in this petition for consideration. The petition accordingly stands disposed of as not surviving.
