By this appeal, the Appellant - wife challenges the judgment and decree dated 29.07.2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Palghar in Marriage Petition No.43/2016 (Old Marriage Petition No.A-2554/2009) granting a decree for divorce u/s.13(1) (1a)(1B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award, following order is passed:
