The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the applications as the applicant is desirous of moving the learned Sessions Judge afresh for bail in view of the fact that in the interregnum, the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed. The learned counsel has produced an affidavit sworn by the son of the applicant instructing the learned counsel to withdraw the applications.
