1] The proposed interveners in the present petition have already instituted a review petition as well as a separate original application before the Central Administrative Tribunal with regard to the judgment and order impugned in this petition. Learned senior advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings with regard to the impugned judgment and order. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to adoption of this course. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
