1] Prisoner through communication dated 1st September 2018 seeks quashing of FIR.

2] FIR is under sections 353, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC. The chargehseet is fied on 23rd February 2017 and the Triai Court has now issued baiiabie warrant against the prisoner on 19th Juiy 2019 and it is returnabie on 27th February 2020. 3] It is apparent that the cognizance of prayer as made cannot be taken because contention is of vindictive attitude, since previous demand was not satisfed, ofence has been registered.

4] We fnd prayer unsustainabie. Hence, petition is rejected.
