Learned APP upon instructions submits that the applicant has been arrested on 4th October, 2017 at about 7.17 a.m. He was sent to Magisterial custody and on the same day i.e. on 4th October, 2017. Supplementary charge-sheet is filed against the applicant and it was registered as R.C.C. No. 1480 of 2016. It is pertinent to note that the fact that the charge-sheet was filed alogwith surrender application. The applicant was enlarged on bail by the learned Magistrate, Vasai on 4/10/2017.
