The Civil Application No. 2422 of 2017 is taken out seeking the condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the application for restoration of W.P. No.1049 of 2016. Perused the application and heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent. The reasons for the condonation of delay have been set out in paragraph no. 5 to 7 of the civil application. The reasons stated in the application, since, appearing bona fide, in spite of vehement objection from the learned counsel for the Respondent, there appears to be sufficient ground in not filing the application in time for restoration of caw-2422-17.doc

caw-2422-17.doc the writ petition, the delay needs to be condoned. The W.P. No. 1049 of 2016 is restored. Let the writ petition be listed for admission on 9th April 2018.
