In view of the cross FIRs between the parties, it is not possible to accede to the request of the Applicants for quashing of the instant FIR which is registered on 27-7-2017. The FIR registered against the son of the first informant i.e. the Respondent No.2 to the above Application is dated 8-7-2017 for offences punishable under Section 376 , 377, 328, 323 & 506 of the IPC.
