Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the order dated 23.7.2013 passed by President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai rejecting petitioner's TNC/REV/313/B/2010 and granted liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the authority.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps as per impugned order dated Mohite 1/2

22 wp3969-14 23.7.2013 passed by President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps as per order dated 23.7.2013 passed by President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai in TNC/REV/313/B/2010 If said application is filed by the petitioner within eight weeks, authority to decide the same on its own merits without influencing the order passed by this court.
