Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. The grievance is that though the prayer for interim relief was already considered and granted in the writ petition filed by the petitioner on 25th February, 2008, on 13th August, 2014 interim relief has been again granted in the writ petition. 2.

However, we find that on 25th February, 2008 only adinterim relief was granted and rule on interim relief was made returnable. Order dated 13th August, 2014 disposes of the prayer for interim relief.
