1] By order dated 23.08.2022 the Applicant was ordered to be released on bail subject to condition of he furnishing PR Bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/-. He was released on provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks.

2] The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks time to furnish sureties in view of the difficulties expressed in the Application. 3] In the wake of above, I am convinced to allow the Application in terms of prayer clause (a).
