P.C.:- This is third consecutive Application for bail. Second Application for bail bearing Criminal Bail Application No.1945 of 2019 was rejected by this Court by a speaking Order dated 4th September, 2019.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is in Jail for about 3 and half years and as the trial has not commenced till today, the Applicant may be released on bail. It is well within the realm of public at large that, the smooth functioning of all the Courts in India was seriously affected due to COVID19 pandemic and approximately a year and a half has been lost in that. Due to the said fact, numerous trials are pending before the lower Courts and 1/2

Except passage of time, there is no change in circumstance than prevailing on 4th September, 2019 i.e. the date on which the Second Bail Application of the Applicant was rejected by this Court.
