1) This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2) The applicant is arraigned as an accused in FIR No.487 of 2016, dated 6/7/2016 registered with Madhav Nagar Police Station, Ujjain, State of Madhya Pradesh for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, read with section 120-B of IPC. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is desirous of approaching the Court of competent jurisdiction within whose jurisdiction the said Madhav Nagar Police Station, District Ujjain falls, for adopting appropriate legal proceedings. He therefore, prayed that the applicant may be granted two weeks time to approach the concerned competent Court of jurisdiction.

2 /2 19-aba-1709-16-transit-aba.doc 3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application the applicant is protected by transit anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER:- (a) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No. 487/2016 registered with Madhav Nagar Police Station, Ujjain, State of Madhya Pradesh, either by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Madhav Nagar in the State of Madhya Pradesh, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(b) It is made clear that this interim protection is granted to the applicant for the specific purpose of approaching the concerned Court in District Ujjain, State of Madhya Pradesh for a limited period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that the said period will not be extended under any count.
