DATED : 24th SEPTEMBER, 2019 P.C:- Criminal Application initially instituted as Writ Petition No.3463 of 2016 assails the order passed by the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai in Bail Application No.105/BA/2016 whereby rejecting the Bail Application. The applicant was suspected of offences punishable under Section 409, 420, 120B of IPC. In the morning when the matter was called out, none appeared for the applicant nor the applicant is present. Learned APP was therefore, directed to ascertain the progress of the matter. Post lunch session, learned APP informs that the applicant was arrested and he has already filed a Bail Application which is pending in this Court and is listed on 26th Tilak
