P.C.:- This is a consecutive Application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicants on bail.

2) By a speaking Order dated 20th August, 2019 passed in Criminal Application No.1452 of 2018 the Bail Application preferred by the Applicants was dismissed by the co-ordinate Bench. 3) Record indicates that, the Applicants subsequently had filed Interim Application No.3442 of 2021 which was also dismissed by an Order dated 3rd March, 2022 by another co-ordinate Bench. 1/2

ssm 2 9-ia3358.22.doc 4) It appears from record that except passage of time, there is no change in circumstance, least to say any substantive change in the circumstances, than prevailing on 20th August, 2019 to reconsider the request of the Applicants pending Appeal.

Application is accordingly dismissed.

5) Record indicates that, the Applicants are behind bars since October, 2011. The substantive Appeal preferred by the Applicants is ready for hearing.
