This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.144/2016 registered with Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicant in ABA No.882/2016 is hereby directed to implead the complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of 2 weeks and amended copy of the application be served upon the complainant within the said stipulated period.
