The parties have today produced Consent Terms on record which are marked 'X' for identification. They are signed by the parties and their respective counsel. The parties admit the correctness of the contents thereof.

It is submitted that the petitioner society has challenged the order by which the petitioner was directed to admit the respondent No.1 as a member of the society. It is submitted that the petitioner has been allotted a flat and share certificate is also issued in favour of the respondent No.1. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 3.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, in view of the Consent Terms.
