It is submitted that the petitioner society has challenged the order by which the petitioner was directed to admit the respondent No.1 as a member of the society. It is submitted that the petitioner has been allotted a flat and share certificate is also issued in favour of the respondent No.1. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 3.
In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, in view of the Consent Terms.
