The parties have tendered the consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. I have interacted with the petitioner who is personally present and agrees that the consent terms are entered into. He stated that the parties have decided to put an end to the matter and has agreed to accept the sum of Rs.50,000/- as a full and final settlement and that he will have no claim whatsoever against the respondent hereafter.

The consent terms are duly signed by the advocates for the parties. The petitioner is identified by his advocate. Learned advocate for the respondent undertakes to hand over a cheque for the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner by 14/11/2022.
