Petitioner is impugning an order dated 9th February, 2021 passed by DRT-II, Mumbai in Securitization Application No. 21 of 2020. Against the said order, petitioner had filed Writ Petition No. 3410 of 2021 in this Court. As recorded in the order dated 4th August, 2021 passed by this Court, petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of the remedy available under Section 18 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

In this petition, petitioner is once again impugning the same order dated 9th February, 2021 passed by DRT-II, Mumbai. 4.

In our view, this is nothing but abuse of process of law. Petition, therefore, dismissed.
