This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 vide order dated 7th July, 2014. Vide order dated 17th March, 2021 it was recorded that learned counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that "A" Summary Report was filed in the matter and he had tendered the copy of the said order. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 on instructions submits that "A" Summary Report was rejected and re-investigation was Sajakali Jamadar

On 27th June, 2019 this Court had directed that since the applicant appears in person, registry to inform the applicant telephonically on the next date. The registry has noted that as per Court order, registry had tried to communicate the applicant in person telephonically. The call is not reachable. The applicant did not appear on 27th June, 2019, 17th March, 2021 & 6th July, 2021. Hence, applications are dismissed for want of prosecution.
