By order dated 10 March 2017, the Respondents

Rane * 2/2 * have been permitted to carry out certain repairs. The Civil Application was disposed off on that date. The learned Counsel for the Applicants states that, this is not a motion for Review of the order but only a direction to the Respondents that before the Respondents proceed to carry out the repairs as permitted by the order dated 10 March, 2017 the Respondents should place on record the details of the repairs. The request made is fair. The Respondents, before proceeding to carry out repairs as permitted, will place on record by way of an Affidavit, the particulars of the repairs to be carried out. Such Affidavit be filed with copy to the Advocate for the Applicant.
