In view of the objection raised by the learned AGP - Respondent No. 2, that the Petitioners have an alternate efficacious remedy of filing a Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 states that he will not oppose the Revision Application on the ground of delay. Statement accepted. If a Revision Application is filed before the Hon'ble Minister, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the date of filing of the Revision Application. If an Application for stay or any interim relief is filed by the Petitioners in the said Revision Application, the Hon'ble Minister to decide the same at the earliest.

The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
