On the backdrop of our earlier orders, learned AGP is before us to place on record affidavit of Mr. Vivek Jadhav, Deputy Collector (Resettlment) Pune contend that the order dated 2nd March 2022 passed by this Court in the writ petitions in question stand complied. 2.
Mr. Bhangoji, learned counsel for the Petitioner has also fairly stated that insofar as the orders in question in subject matter of Contempt Petition Nos.61 of 2023 and 62 of 2023 are concerned, the order stands complied.

Insofar as Contempt Petition No.63 of 2023 is concerned, there is some grievance in respect of the compliance, inasmuch as, the entry in Mutation Entry No.6563 ought to have been to the effect that the remark is "removed", however, there is a mistake in making such entry as it inadvertently records that the remark is "inserted". Mr. Kankal, learned AGP has fairly stated that immediately the necessary corrections shall be carried out and the orders of this Court would be complied. Let the same be complied and uploaded within three days from today.

In view of the stand taken by the State Government, we do not propose to carry forward these contempt petitions, however,
accepting the statement as made by Mr. Kankal in respect of the compliance of the orders subject matter of Contempt Petition No.63 of 2023, in regard to Mutation Entry No.6563 to be rectified. 5.
Contempt Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
