The criminal application is filed for bail during the pendency of the appeal. It is pointed out by Ms.Farhana Shah, learned counsel, that the earlier application filed by the applicant for similar relief was rejected on merits.

It is not the case of the applicant that there is a change in circumstances since rejection of the earlier application for bail. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this criminal application. The criminal application is, accordingly, dismissed. 3.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the applicant.
